Leads a team of subject matter experts with upskilling in and making full use of new processes, tools and applications, with medium scope and / or complexity, in order continuously to improve our service offering to our customers, and at the same time, improve our productivity.
Is accountable for the overall outcomes of the team and support to Area Focus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Leads a team in providing business guidance and support
Drive ownership and pro activity
Promotes continuous improvement and project mindset within the team
Accountable for the timely deliverable of process reviews, projects, and / or any product under the responsibility of the team
Is overall accountable for improvement projects in sites in which performance is slipping.
Transfers expertise knowledge about operational processes from HQ
Business Process Owner community to the functions. This is not limited to business processes, business process measures and integration of systems with other applications for reporting visibility, messaging and alerting.
Establishes an open and constructive working relationship with the global Subject Matter Expert community to ensure rapid and optimal use
of global solutions.
Documents requirements and ensures compliance with required processes.
Maintains a community of local Super Users within the Area
Promote and guard business processes & data quality awareness and compliance
Global / Regional SME / FPO Community contributions
Accountable for :
Driving and anchoring global initiatives until handover to standing organization including sustainability.
Constant coaching of the team
Capability building & upskilling on platform / process
Local process execution capabilities
