Your Responsibilities :

Ensures alignment between brand and sales overseeing sales implementation of brand strategies.
Work with Senior Commercial staff to design, develop and deliver, training solutions around strategic business needs (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence).
Address areas for improvement proactively to improve sales performance and excellence in execution.
Identify learning needs across commercial management community (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence)
Measure training outcomes against key deliverables in line with dashboards and other local performance measures
Develop and implement training programs to support new and existing commercial management and teams’ development (Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence)

Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacist or Medical Doctor, Human Resources or Business Administrator with experience in sales (First Line Sales Manager, Second Line Sales Manager).
English Level advanced.
Experience in similar role for at least 5 years.
