You are responsible for

Support LATAM Rewards Organization with :

  • Annual Compensation Cycle
  • Benefits management and renewal process
  • Benefits communication
  • Off cycle compensation governance
  • Sales Incentive process
  • Rewards Analytics
  • Contributes to the design of rewards policies, processes and tools, by collecting and analyzing results from global and local benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments
  • You are a part of

    Rewards LATAM organization that manages all the compensation and benefits processes for 9 countries in LATAM including Market, Manufacturing and Business Group.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University Degree in Business, Engineering or related graduation
  • Previous experience with Rewards Processes
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Analytical profile, eager to learn and make a career within Rewards.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Process oriented, with lean mindset and ability to work by projects
  • Detail oriented and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills; and written and oral communication skills

    Valid Panama work authorization is a precondition of employment.

    Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Candidates need to live within the territory or within commuting distance to Panama City, Panama.
