Previous OSP design experience
Interacts and supports VPTO Technical fields service requirements
Comply local and regional utility pole attachment permits requirements
New projects review and evaluation
Comply with National Electric Code Spec s
Support Access Network Core Transmission requirements
Supports Head End Transmission requirements
Preferred education / qualifications :
Bachelor in Engineering or Information Technology and / or comparable technical engineering degree.
Minimum 10 to 15 year of experience in the Telecommunications and Network Design / Construction.
Knowledge & Experience :
HFC / FTTH / Fiber Network Construction
Knowledge and Experience in AutoCAD program
Office Software ( Excel, Power Point & Word)
Lode Data or other Design Software
Manage GIS program
Comply with documentation for B2B / B2C / B2G, New Build, Plan Relocation & System Upgrade Projects
Knowledge in Technical Aspects for HFC / FTTH / Core Networks
Interacts with Finance for Budget Purpose
Demonstrable experience of working in a large telecom in a complex operational environment managing cross-functional teams.
Experience engaging effectively with executive and senior level management.
Experience and appreciation of working in a customer focused environment essential.
