The IBM Automation group is currently seeking a Senior Technical Curriculum Developer to design and develop instructor led and self-paced training courses.
You will work with a team of managers, curriculum architects, course developers, and product managers to rapidly build education curricula that will be consumed by IBM customers, business partners, and internal employees.
The Senior Technical Curriculum Developer is a course developer who has become a subject matter expert on a specific IBM product, and designs and develops education content such as lecture materials, labs, and the lab infrastructure for students who need to learn the IBM product.
You will collaborate across a global team, working with product management, course development, course delivery, and education operations.
You will be responsible for building / updating client-facing learning offerings focused on IBM Automation products, platforms, best practices, and services under the guidance of Curriculum Architects, working with other Technical Curriculum Developers, and other IBM subject matter experts.
You will benefit from having knowledge of or experience with some of our specific technology offerings in areas such as Business Automation Workflow, Business Rules, Robotic Process Automation, Content Management, API Development, DataPower, IBM MQ and App Connect Enterprise, AI Manager, Event Management, and Application Server.
In addition, you will have a growth mindset with a passion as a continuous learner, to grow the breadth of your technical curriculum development skills and deepen your knowledge of the products you develop education content for.
You will focus on creating effective training that will bring value to our clients through a positive learning experience with IBM products.
