Responsibilities : Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to build pipeline, qualify opportunities, win more business, and improve our overall win rateBecome a Industry Solution SpecialistBuild market awareness for the service offeringEducate IBM account teams and clients on how the solution helps address a client issue / needEngage in Account Management, including Account planning, Client procurement, Meeting follow-up, Pipeline development, Opportunity pursuit, Contract negotiation, Risk management, Proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) development, and Revenue attainmentQualifications : Minimum 8 years of demonstrated successful consulting services or hands on implementation experience in the specific solution area (either as an external consultant or internal transformation leader)Proven track record in delivery in both / either business as well as IT initiativesBachelor's degree from an accredited college / university in Business or a related fieldStrong subject matter knowledge or industry experienceExcellent consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and resultsAbility to formulate multi-party complex solutions according to client needs, and IBM service offeringsStrong interpersonal / communication skill with both business and IT personnel, ability to build trusted relationships with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CHRO etc.
