What's the role?

  • The Sr. UX Designer is primarily responsible for creating different solutions through wireframes, wireflows and prototypes that represents complete journeys that ensure the best frictionless usability with the objective of ensure cohesive and great experiences for our users in LLA.
  • Collaborate into the global UX framework and into the digital journey with users, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams within telcos with the end goal of helping customers get emotionally attached to software.
  • Develop interaction strategies in line with the objectives of business and users, developing deliverables that allow seeing, understanding and testing the proposals (user personas, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, etc.).
  • What You'll Do?

  • Be a reference of the user experience design for our LLA users and customers setting up a customer centric design culture across LLA, inspiring, empathizing and collaborating within the Digital Transformation team.
  • This role will work together with UX Researchers, UI Designers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Development team and also with Business areas.

  • Partner with all communities within our telcos to envision and build innovative digital products & brand experiences that makes digital experience better.
  • Collaborate to lead the design strategy with the UX Team and evaluate and provide supportive and constructive feedback to the team with the objective of being deeply collaborative in encouraging conceptual, efficient and effective problem solving.
  • Ensures precise design with an intuitive ability to solve problems with a customer first perspective.
  • Understand the importance of analysing and synthetizing insights from multiples sources of qualitative and quantitative data, including in-depth interviews, field observation, innovation lab experiments, digital analytics, qualitative research studies and direct feedback from users though surveys or other sources.
  • Bring expertise to multiple design and research methodologies to enrich the team with new tools and techniques that can be implemented.
  • Advice on solving design challenges in a range of digital contexts including digital interactions on site or in physical spaces.
  • Translate user insights into digital interfaces that produces satisfaction, empathy and deep connection with the users, responding to present and future digital realities.
  • Perform benchmarks, heuristic evaluations, expert analysis, in-depth interviews, card sorting, empathy maps, flow charts, prototypes and techniques to comply with the regional UX methodological framework with the collaboration of the UX Researcher.
  • Moderate Workshops, Focus Groups and activities with Design Thinking tools - Design Thinking, Scrum and Lean UX Methodologies in conjunction with the UX Researcher.
  • Set powerful and easy artifacts that will easily and simply convey current and future experiences, design and usability principles, design directions and design frameworks.
  • Permanently reduce the learning curve in each navigation flowand follow up the performance of the interfaces collaborating with CRO and AB Testing teams.
  • Help to ensure that good practicesare always considered alongside customer experience.
  • Knowledge & Experience

    Preferred education / qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Factors / Human Computer Interaction / Design or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Lean UX / Design Thinking / Agile / UX / Innovation.
  • UX Certification is desirable.
  • Agile Certification is desirable.
  • 7 years design experience in software product design.
  • Advanced level management of user experience design tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Loockback,
  • Experience and appreciation of working in a customer focused environment essential with executive and senior level management.
  • Advanced English or bilingual.
