Main Purpose : Responsible for working with retail team to improve new site development processes, project and capex execution, retail programs execution and to implement processes to increase the commercial focus of TMs.

Capex New projects Focus commercial Rm backup Retail programs Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : Works with the retail department as needed to improve the process of new site development Assist in the development of investment business cases which are aligned with the country s Network Plan Maintains communication with real estate brokers to identify investment opportunities Responsible for finding improvements to capex execution processes Communicates and coordinates activities with different groups retail, construction, cr, procurement to improve capex execution Provides updates, forecast and reports to support the country s capex program Works with the retail department in support of detail programs including Idle Spaces, Rent Program, CRM, Dealer Commercial Credit, Mystery Shopper, Incentive Programs, etc Implements processes to maximize TM commercial focus and time in the field Implements process improvements to minimize TM admin time Assists Retail Manager as needed in achieving the Retail Budget and key objectives Acts as Deputy Retail Manager as needed Requirements : Experience : Advanced Knowledge of MS Office Bilingual Spanish-English preferred Knowledge of Fuels market preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.

University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Industrial engineering o related field. Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skill.

Excellent conflict resolution and problem solving skills. Skill to work under pressure and ability to manage the changes.
