Key Responsibilities Develop your knowledge of Dell Technologies’ datacenter solutions and learn to architect solutions that meet customers overall business outcomes and objectives by performing technical configuration requests with configuration tools and resolving configuration issues You will : Deliver services to the field within defined Service Level Agreements and Quality measurements (Quoting, Tech Drawing, Power Calc, Technical Helpdesk) Logging of requests in order to provide accurate tracking of cases around various Sales and Presales requests Work closely with the Presales and Sales to understand requests in order to build solutions and quotes Development of technical hardware / software quotations and configurations, including full product specifications and pricing.
Drive the latest technology trends such as Cloud, Machine learning, software-defined, and artificial intelligence which are changing how customers deploy, connect and operate their IT infrastructure Essential Requirements University Student (Engineering courses in the last 2 years of study) Advanced English communication skills Passion for Technology Desirable Requirements Portuguese communication skills
