MANAGING THE BUSINESS
Lead operations representative for monthly Sales & Operations Planning meetings with Red Bull BUM and Regional Finance for all Distribution Partner countries, serviced by the Panama SSC including continuous review of SKU portfolio.
Ensure that effective Finished Goods demand & supply planning is executed in the Panama SSC, as a monitor and tool guide, so that both Red Bull BUM and Distribution Partners can meet agreed commercial driven volume plans and ensure healthy local inventories in line with contractual agreements.
Overall Management of the Panama SSC operations team to ensure that the day to day operational activity is delivered in a professional and timely manner to fulfil business demands of both internal and external customers.
Manage the entire order-Billing cycle for all countries serviced by Panama SSC, including DP compliance to agreed payment terms, of finished goods and advertising material to satisfy the commercial objectives as stated within the Business Plan.
Ongoing monitoring and optimizing of processes where required, to ensure all weekly and monthly reports are received or delivered as scheduled in operations excellent way.
Distribution Partners; 3PL providers and relevant suppliers, all Red Bull colleagues and relevant business stakeholders.
Including support to Area Operations Managers & Regional Operations Manager DP Countries.
Support the Panama SSC regional management team and internal country stakeholders with distribution partner evaluations and continuous landed cost reviews.
Identify all best business practices for all countries, prevalent through the mechanics of Benchmarking, Root cause analysis to have lean supply chain systems and effective and efficient processes in place to handle finished goods and advertising material.
