Job Title : ICT Business Sales Executive
Primary objective of the job :
To prospect and win new corporate customers while ensuring month on month achievements of sales targets and KPI’s.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
To prospect via; face-to-face, phone, e-mail and social networks to potential new customers to sell Digicel Business Solutions products and services.
To coordinate and lead meetings and presentations with potential new customers to offer Digicel Business Solutions products and services.
To utilise your professional skillset to engage with decision makers and become a trusted advisor with prospects. Helping to solve customer problems through matching Digicel Business Solutions to customer pain points.
To prepare proactive sales plans and strategic account development plans to ensure you meet your sales targets and KPI’s (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)
Drive revenues by developing creative customer propositions and implementing solutions at the corporate customer level.
To ensure the sales CRM system (salesforce.com) is 100% accurate at all times and that all sales opportunities and customer information is clear and accurate.
Academic qualifications and experience required :
A degree in Business or significant evidence of experience in a similar role.
A proven track record of 10 years delivering sales targets in a similar role, 5 of which must be in Telecommunications and / or ICT.
Strong English proficiency (oral and written) (Essential).
Strong Spanish proficiency (oral and written) (Essential).
Professional Sales Training (Essential).
Technically competent in ICT and / or Telco solutions (Essential).
Sales Cadence oriented (Essential)
