Who we are What the role is

The Revenue Manager works in collaboration with the country team and the Renevue Management Global Team.. This position will report directly to the Head of the department and will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for the team goals under its responsibility.

What you will be doing

Record, maintain and analyze historical, current and statistical data Evaluate hotel market mix and complete accurate hotel revenue forecastsMonitor future demand and recommend yield strategies Ensure inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support optimum business mix and total hotel revenue objectiveMaximizing net room revenue contribution through understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate Track competitive set pricing and yield strategies, understanding the comp set’s reaction to changes in the marketplaceParticipate in the planning processes for the hotel budget, marketing and strategic plansWorks closely with sales-

and marketing team to encourage strategic selection of the right piece of businessWork with the hotel commercial team to determine effective andEngaging offers, which are then offered to the right customer in the right channelOversee the input and pricing strategy of contracted wholesale and corporate for each seasonAs part of the hotel commercial leadership team, actively contribute to the identification of new business development opportunities and lead penetration strategic action planningConduct regular audits of systems and channels to ensure accuracy of rates, package information and availabilityMonitor and execute rate strategies using inventory and pricing management toolsEngaging and supports the hotels selling strategy in all distribution systemsPrepare and lead the hotel weekly revenue meetingReview and provide performance comments for each market segment and as requiredElaborates / updates policies and procedures related to each departmentTraining, developing and motivating staff in order to achieve maximum efficiency ongoing education of Reservations and Front Office to ensurerevenue management concepts are understood and up-

What you need for the role

At least 3 years of experience in Hotel Revenue ManagementExperience in a Hotel Chain or OTAs (Booking, Tripadvisor, etc)Numerical skillsluent or capable of working in Spanish and EnglishProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordMust have strong work ethicsMust be well organized and a self-

starterMust be able to follow standard filing proceduresDetail oriented, professional attitude, reliablePossess strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
