In this role, you have the opportunity to
Establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives, as well will lead a variety of different types of projects including transformation projects, strategic projects, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
Your Responsibilities :
Single accountable party for defining, planning and delivering a given strategic initiative, ensures end results are of the highest caliber
Directs large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within the agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
Validates financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures
Fosters excellent cross functional communications and integrates the work of multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Manages the business case and is a business partner focused on maximization of the added value for the business.
Determines project risks, define corrective action, and drives the projects to closure.
Manages changes to the cost, time and scope of the project through formal change control processes
Formulates E2E project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used
Responsible to manage 3rd party suppliers involved in the project

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master's degree, or equivalent
5 years of relevant working experience, including experience in successfully managing various projects
Good process and data analytical skills
PMP certificate (or equivalent)
Agile or Scrum will be a plus
Lean experience will be an asset
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
Comfortable with ambiguity. Flexible. A positive attitude, flexibility.
Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met
Strong Team contributor, sharing ideas, knowledge and best practices.
