As a Software Support Engineer you will be responsible for the support of the flow through of all activation activity via the SAO (Service Activation Orchestration) process.

Responsibilities : - Leading efforts to perform analysis on outage situations and application issues- Managing change and incident tickets for standards and quality.

  • Providing guidance and training on ticketing standards.- Managing and driving standard change and incident management processes.
  • Proactively identifying areas of opportunity for processes improvements, training and learning activities.- Managing and reporting on production support metrics.
  • Leading for general production support questions, issues and resolutions.- Driving cleanup and efficiencies within the production support scope.
