Become single point of contact for all product related requirements.Franchise Responsibilities : Key responsible for leading the In Season Management for all franchise doors.
Ensuring constant analysis of sell out data and inventory status to provide fact based merchandising recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities : Retail : Weekly distribution of products to Panama & Puerto Rico stores according to seasonal buy, store requirements and M4 planner's guidance.
Execute store to store transfers maintaining healthy stock levels regarding current seasonal products and size availability.
Weekly analysis of Weeks Cover, Best & Worst Sellers / Black Holes and slow movers to determine and execute replenishment plan across all store formats.
Ensure Bi - weekly store visits to align product requirements and identify opportunities and develop short term action plan (merchandising check list) Must also ensure correct balance across categories, product types, colors.
Become single point of contact of all retail stores across Panama & Puerto Rico. Understand store managers needs and transform into clear executable short-term actions.
Franchise : Constantly analyze sell-out data and inventory status to track merchandising KPIs such as : Best Sellers, Black Holes, Standard Margin, Weeks Cover, Net Sales FP, Sell Thru, Full Price Sell Thru, Exclusives, Marketing Campaign Performance, Key Product Franchisees, Speed, Option Turn, and flag potential risks based on key merchandising principles.
Participate on weekly follow up calls with clients to provide recommendations and build action plans giving sell out data and inventory status.
Follow up product availability to ensure correct execution of the Go to Market strategy (RID, Campaign launches, Exclusives, DTC Pre-launch).
Align Calendar Execution Plans such as : Campaign Launches, Commercial Moments, DTC Exclusives; with Marketing Team giving product availability.
Strategically coordinate with Partners the end of season strategy : markdown guidance, season transition targets and follow up.
Store and market visits with Franchise Partners as needed and advised by the business.Participate on Key Pre-Season Milestones such as : LAM Brief and SMM.
Support CAC B&T Manager on the Pre-Season Planning by providing input of Sell Out & Consumer trends, especially on key calendar milestones : Category Planning and Presales.
