What the role is
The Coworking Supervisor will oversee the Co-Work Guest Journey, marketing, community development and certain operational aspects of both Remote and Urban Locations.
The will oversee the community, culture, events and Co-Work branding for all.
What you will be doing
Develop, oversee, manage and execute local outbound sales strategy, Adhere to sales targets and KPI’s
Manage and execute all day to day operational procedures at Co-Working office
Oversee Receptionists customer service duties
Develop manage and execute local marketing strategies
Develop and produce co-working social programming and events in collaborations with Corporate Non-Beds Marketing Manager, Co-Work Curator.
What you need for the role
Excellent communication skills
English fluent and Native Language of the Location
Experience working in multicultural environments (preferred)
No dress code
