Job description : Purpose
Purpose
The FAR Analyst will be responsible for providing the proper source documentation of the Property, Plant, and Equipment of Minera Panama such as invoices, payment vouchers, quotations, and others that were capitalized during the Fixed Assets Register Project, and ensure that the capitalized amount is correct by comparing and reconciling the physical documentation against the registered values in the financial platform of the company.
The documentation will be provided after searching for it in the different documentation folders of the company and will be consolidated in an Excel file that will serve as the basis for future searches.
The documentation found will be sorted by each purchase order in the CMS report and from JDE.
Key Accountabilities and Challenges
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Education Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work in a "team" environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High precision and attention to detail. Experience Demonstrable work experience within fixed assets. Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Experience handling MS office files, fiscal systems and accounting software (JDE or other ER software) Language Fluency in English

Working Conditions
Office work in Torre de las Americas. Working from Home at the discretion of Management.
