What’s the role :
The Senior BPA, is responsible for completing process gap analysis, identifying procedural and control deficiencies and recommending and implementing solutions in line with the company’s initiatives.
Process design may require introducing new technology, substantial change and improvements to the current process of related projects across Central Operations and Business Units.
The incumbent is also responsible for taking the lead in all team related initiatives and owning the end to end activities, ensuring the product is delivered as expected.
What you’ll do :
Conduct workshops and discovery sessions that will effectively elicit process requirements and liaising with users to deliver current needs and gaps in operation to support the overall objective of business process optimization.
Collect information and evaluate them in the alignment of project goals and organization goals.
Define and document AS IS processes for review and assessment to use as a baseline for improvement and optimization. Review with stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements, highlighting performance improvement opportunities.
Leading process redesign workshops for assigned initiatives and liaise with management and other stakeholders to coordinate process improvement project activities.
Document optimized processes in keeping with the company’s Long-Range Plan.
Managing process change. Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes under the Operational Excellence function.
Continuously review and identify areas for improvement and develop reusable templates, tools, principles, and processes to efficiently execute transformation efforts.
Ability to concurrently handle multiple programs / projects while supporting the efforts of cross-functional teams in a multi-national business environment.
Identify, mitigate and manage risk through implementation of process and tools.
Monitor and stay abreast of technological, legal and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of the Operational Excellence function;
make recommendations for and develop and carry out improvements to the function to meet changing requirements.
Take ownership of leading the end to end activities associated with discovery workshops and gap analysis sessions.
Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance.
Build and evaluate business advancement processes. Inspect effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations.
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to evaluate key performance measures.
Knowledge & Experience
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Business Administration or related field (i.e. Communications, Engineering, IT, Media & Entertainment).
5+ years of experience in Communications, Media & Entertainment or Technology industries with Process Development and Training background.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
Proven experience from working in strategic business functions such as transformation, integration and / or change management.
Strong knowledge of communications markets and the dynamics in mobile, fixed and content markets.
Experience from or knowledge of (Communications) Service Delivery and Customer Experience operations, Technology operations and Finance operations.
Experience in delivering training of technical and non-Technical solutions and processes.
Strong skills in communicating with all levels of technical and operating management (both written and oral presentation skills).
Strong skills for process flow documentation utilizing the required tools, including automation.
