As UX Researcher, you are responsible for closely spearheading the planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research in order to assist our team of Experience Managers to deliver intuitive, valuable, and delightful web experiences to our visitors.

What you’ll achieve You will : Conduct qualitative and quantitative research through interviews, user testing, usability testing Ensure that our consumers’ needs are properly understood and seriously considered by the entire Digital Ecosystem team Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics and prioritize it Collaborate with our own UX Research team as well as experts across the company Collaborate with our stakeholders to understand their strategy and objectives but always ensure we consider our customers first Be a force of change by delivering exciting research findings through written, oral, and visual presentations Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

  • Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree required / Masters degree in Marketing or related careers Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a professional environment including one year of experience with research design utilizing various methods including but not limited to usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys Analytical, critical, and creative problem-solving skills Excellent two-way communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, including interviewing skills for engaging with individuals and groups about their needs;
  • ability to ask the right questions to surface essential information related to customer behaviors and expectations Great time management skills Desirable Requirements Experience working with digital / mobile initiatives in a B2B environment Experience in using multiple research methods and understanding how / when to apply it Here’s our story;
