Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
The Manager Workplace Management Panama , is responsible for maintaining and managing the services of workplace operations for Panama Workplace Locations.
The Manager Workplace Management will lead the collaboration with client groups, within country, identifying Workplace requirements and the implementation of Employee Experience initiatives.
This role will set the highest standards for the operation of Panama facilities through collaboration with LAM and the broader Americas Workplaces Team.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and deliver consistent, first-class facility management service standards (technical and infrastructural FM) of the Panama locations within the agreed budgets, schedules and scope, focusing on experience, expectations and our customer’s (our departments and employees) requirements regarding the best work environment for adidas employees.
Ensure effective operation and continuous development of building system procedures and programs including maintaining accuracy and support of the integrated management system (IMS) (Green Company initiatives)
Ensure the planning, execution and control of compliance with environmental requirements, in accordance with applicable laws, global sustainability guidelines, and current certifications (ISO 14001-Environment, ISO 50001-Energy)
Build relationships with key stakeholders and build a network that integrates relevant departments within Workplaces and adidas to implement facility operations and project delivery support.
Deliver measures and structures for the consistent improvement of the "Employee Experience" through the effective management of all service providers and internal stakeholders within Panama.
Create and comply with regional performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to all facility and employee experience operations in partnership with LAM Sr.
Manager WP Management.
Develop and manage annual operation budgets for all service areas in close partnership with relevant business financial controller in country.
Ensure accurate forecasts and effectively communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
Manage efficient operations of all service areas, proactively identify opportunities for cost savings (mobile lines management, internal clients support services prealigned with Sr.
Manager Workplaces Manager and country HRD). Manage and ensure accurate invoicing from service providers. Coordinate financial, facility management processes and accurate / timely reporting ensuring accurate quarterly and annual forecasts.
Coordinate internal corporate employee moves and workplace environment changes driven by business requirements and workplace evolution.
Ensure Health & Safety requirements and reporting are in accordance with the applicable laws and guidelines, and current certificacion (ISO 45001) and minimizing possible risks Partner with DC channel to support the H&S initiatives and protocoles to follow from Global.
Monitor and respond to emergency issues on site. Partner with Americas Workplace Sr. Director Security to develop framework for Security Services in country.
Manage team members, collaborate with dotted line manager into performance reviews and provide feedback.
Manage team performance through setting clear expectations and priority management.
Leader in the development, presentation and execution of remodeling projects, maintenance and capital investments of local sites in partnership with Americas Workplace Design / Delivery Team.
Align global services with DC channels insuring Workplace and Employee Experience consistency. Retail not included

Very good English and Spanish language skills.

Ability to deliver effective written and formal communications.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with different international cultures
Business mind-set : Strong numerical and analytical skills, experience in finance
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Awareness of controlling systems and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS)

Motivated, proactive and innovative implementation of corporate goals
Project management, quality management and purchasing experience
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
5 years experience
Minimum 1 year management experience required
