Job Title : Trade Marketing Specialist

Primary objective of the job :

Its objective is to achieve and ensure a greater participation of the company in the market. He is responsible for the implementation of the brand and sales strategy at the point of sale, POP material, merchandising material, street visibility, BTL activations and all experiential marketing actions.

Develops and supervises customer segmentation programs, correct communication according to segmentation, distribution and communication of promotions according to the sales channel.

Responsible for keeping the sales teams aligned with the execution of the plan and that they have their correct training / information on the plans.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for the development of the annual and monthly trade marketing plan. Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and subsequent evaluation.

Responsible for implementing BTL activities for the different objectives that are identified. Responsible for developing an annual calendar of BTL activities, based on the seasonality of the category.

  • Contribute to the team with a holistic vision of the management of the point of sale and how the brand should connect with the consumer;
  • thus achieving the objectives.

    Provide tools to sales with which they can ensure they win the "battle" at the point of sale, through a correct segmentation strategy for the point of sale.

    Indicate the strategic pillars and concrete actions for each region of the country.

    Provide experience and advice to the team, to ensure the best possible trade marketing strategy to implement.

    M&E management and share results and recommendations. Development of best practices to share with the team and the region.

    Preparation of the monthly competition report, with recommendations.

    Budget management

    Academic qualifications and experience required :

    Bachelor's degree in advertising, communication, business administration or similars.

    4-5 years of relevant professional experience in trade marketing management, in massive consumer or telecommunications companies.

    Management of marketing investment budgets.

    Management of M & E's.

    Management of innovation processes.

    Innovative and disruptive thinking.

    Strong English / Spanish proficiency (oral and written) (Essential).
