Lead our e-Commerce operation in the LATAM market, including all aspects of Fragrance & Beauty E-Commerce, working collaboratively with local departments across Marketing, Operations, IT, Logistics, Customer Care, as well as other areas of digital expertise including Media, PR and CRM.
The role will be pivotal in development and executing digital strategies, whilst running the day-to-day e-Commerce operation.
E-commerce Operations Management : Oversee the day-to-day running of e-commerce sites including Digital campaign launches, CMS updates and product publishing to ensure campaign content is delivered on time for all new launches Drive best in class Client Experience, working closely with e-Commerce support teams for onsite issues and client queries, ensuring the highest level of service is always maintained Deploy the content strategy and campaign planning in-line with the Marketing team, whilst supporting e-Commerce initiatives.
Drive the e-Commerce product assortment alongside Marketing. Forecast new campaigns and initiatives Oversee the forecast management of seasonal packaging and online sampling activations Lead on regular e-Commerce operations meetings, ensuring close partnership with Stakeholders from IT, Operations and Client Care - Taking decisions when necessary and partnering with IT e-Commerce support Monitor and track the e-Commerce budget in partnership with the Head of Digital & e-Business and Finance department, ensuring e-Commerce costs are maintained and in-line with the P&L Provide yearly forecasting on a regular basis to Finance and supporting teams Management of Analysis & Trade Reporting Drive best in class trade reporting and analytics across LATAM e-Commerce, leading insights across traffic channels, product performance and purchasing behavior to drive and inform e-Commerce strategy and new initiatives Plan and develop local product merchandising strategies based on local marketing calendars Digital Marketing Support Lead on the Paid Search E-Commerce strategy in partnership with Media Manage SEO projects in partnership with regional office, agreeing scope of work and reporting internally on insights and performance Partner with CRM to develop strategies to support in driving engagement and retention Regularly explore opportunities to increase traffic to website, monitoring performance and highlighting new initiatives E-Commerce Projects & Product Roadmap Lead and support in the deployment of new online experiences and features on site, in partnership with IT, and Regional E-Business team, whilst exploring new opportunities through insights and local competitor research Work in partnership with Project teams on local IT project progress, managing UAT testing Lead on Personalization, driving the online strategy, managing the agency relationship and ensuring site optimization is at the forefront of the e-Commerce strategy
