Position Summary
We are currently looking for a highly competent Dairy Derivatives Sustainability Manager based in Panama, reporting directly to the Global Category Lead within the Dairy Derivatives category used by Nestlé worldwide.
Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement the sustainability strategy globally for dairy derivatives and support reaching the sustainability targets on time.

A Day in the Life of a Dairy Derivatives Sustainability Manager :
Work closely with Global Procurement Managers to embed sustainability in their sourcing strategies
Work closely with Corporate Agriculture, R&D to explore and identify new technologies and practices on GHG reductions and Regenerative Agriculture.
Represent dairy derivatives procurement in the different sustainability meetings. Manage internal communication.
Build network within the dairy industry and advocate the Nestlé climate ambitions to accelerate the transformation towards net zero carbon
Support Procurement Managers in developing dedicated supplier strategies, identify and implement carbon reduction projects and regenerative agriculture projects with our vendors.
Provide technical support and trainings to Procurement Managers and the Nestrade Sustainability Acceleration Team
What will make you successful
University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sustainability role linked to agricultural or food and beverages industry
Demonstrated experience in other business-related area like sales, supply chain, procurement, finance will be a great asset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - with the ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across a complex organization
Being highly structured and well organized
Fluency in English, any other language will be an asset
