The role should act as an orchestrator assuring that there is a right Governance in place, Reporting structure and Roles and Responsibilities defined for the Fiscal Year Key Projects and Initiatives execution.
The position will help follow-up with Leadership team on select Strategic activities, drive collaboration across functions as well as program manage strategic and transformational initiatives.
The position will report to the F&A Director with great visibility of Finance Operations across 3 Workstreams (R2R, P2P, O2C).
Working with Global and Regional Process Owners on Process improvements that directly impact the Efficacy and Productvivity of our Financial processes.
Work closely with our 3rd party Genpact on the Harmonization initiatives across 3 workstreams and making sure that productivy targets are met.
Develop the team of 3 PMOs and assure the excellence in execution and level of service to our Cutomers.
Lead the Global and Regional Transfromation initiatives together with Global / Regional Process Owners
Work on Customer Satisfaction with Regions and / or Genpact
Assure continuous improvement in our Operational Excellence with strong Incident Management in place
Develp a Governance models to track the execution of all key initiatives
Manage and lead the project stages until a successful completion
Stakeholder and Customer management
Talent development : Motivation, Coaching and training of the team
Establish continuous improvement mindset in the team
Develop, modify, maintain or support current CI initiatives / projects within F&A Finance.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Experienced professional with ability to anticipate team needs and maintain a professional demeanor.
Ability to communicate effectively, exercise good judgment in decision making, understand and synthesize complex issues, and support the execution of business strategy.
Ability to work in ever changing enviroment

Weekly / Biweekly Status reports and Status meetings
Constants communication with GPOs / RPOs to assure alignment and speed up the delivery
Excellent written and spoken English
2-5 Years of experience managing projects, preferably in Multinational Company
Strong project management, team management and customer management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Continuous Improvement and service-oriented mindset
Ability to communicate effectively, exercise good judgement in decision making, understand and synthezie complex issues, and support the execution of the business strategy
Strives for excellence in execution, thinks strategically and builds collaborative relationships
Experience working in Multicultural enviroment
