The Headlines :
In the role of Customer Excellence Manager working in Panama, you will be part of the Latin America Marketing team where you will translate Marketing Brand Master plans into solutions for customers, delivering through Field / retail activations, merchandising, assortment, and price.
You will do this by owning the BTL execution in alignment with brands objectives and KPIS and through the design of field activations and adequate POS Materials per class of trade and customer.
This position reports to the Senior Customer Excellence Manager and works closely with the Country Managers, Field Sales, and agencies, among other internal and external stakeholders.
The Responsibilities :
Lead trade and shopper expertise to develop field marketing activations following guidelines and objectives by brand, channel, and customers
Drive value through FSM selling tool and ensures sustainability through adherence to program steps and routines
Analyze FSM data against Picture of Success and execution standards, and develop monthly reports with actionable findings and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders
Track and inform performance of our promotional activities aligned with KPIs established through BAE analysis
Communicate category growth drivers and selling stories that add value to customers and Molson Coors
Use conceptual and innovative thinking to identify solutions
Build relationships within customers’ organization and utilize to build strong collaborative lans
The Qualifications :
You have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
You have 5+ years of related experience; experience in Marketing and / or Sales preferred
You demonstrate a brand-centric understanding of insights, classes of trade, and understanding of the effectiveness of previous brand activations
You consistently demonstrate and understanding of execution guidelines and the ability to make connection between brilliant outlet execution and topline growth
You can work as a member of a collaborative team
You are a skilled communicator who influences and negotiates with great latitude of outcomes
You are a strong multitasker
