You are responsible for
Serving as a talent advisor on the college recruitment marketplace to internal customers by educating on our recruiting model, sharing best practices & articulating key recruiting timelines
Building relationships with internal customers to understand their business and hiring needs
Working with top identified student talent to position appropriate graduate opportunities and deliver superior candidate experiences
Identifying top Philips Interns and promoting them with hiring managers for conversion into full-time positions upon graduation

Our Campus Recruiting team is part of our Talent Acquisition organization, supporting key businesses functions and hiring managers by attracting and hiring interns, and recent graduates from targeted disciplines in Engineering & Business.
Our team interacts with a diverse group of internal customers and functions across Latin America, in addition to working closely with target colleges and universities to drive our brand and employer value proposition with students, faculty, and campus partners.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter (prior Campus Recruiting experience a plus) or Career Center Counselor / Advisor
Strong customer service and communications skills
Ability to multi-task and set appropriate expectations
Experience in supporting multiple businesses and locations
Prior experience with intern / co-op recruiting and program management
Prior experience using an applicant tracking systems a plus (preferably Workday)
Experience in generating and sourcing candidates, when required.
Experience reporting results, using MS excel
Both English and Spanish fluent level are needed
Portuguese is a plus
