What’s the role :

ARIBA Administration that will be supporting the deployment, configuration, implementation and ongoing support of the tool across the company.

The Lead System Administrator supports the organization's procure to pay tool. Serves as lead for the system admin. team, provides guidance and training to the other admins as needed.

The role will ensure the system is fully operational with limited system issues. The Lead System Administrator will perform configurations and testing of the system, as well as ensuring all test plans are completed and updated as needed.

What you’ll do :

  • Key point of contact for Ariba Support.
  • Meets weekly with Ariba Technical Solutions Manager for key configuration.
  • Distributes workload among the team.
  • Answer and respond to end user phone calls, emails and chats for system support issues.
  • Resolve, escalate and track customer service tickets through to resolution.
  • Follow-up with customers on status of, or resolution of their service ticket.
  • Create / distribute daily reports / weekly reports.
  • Perform system testing.
  • Host training and knowledge sessions with business units.
  • Work with Finance to ensure the system meets all requirements and updates are performed regularly.
  • Train stakeholders on the Procurement processes.
  • Coordinate punch out and catalog updates.
  • Support Procurement requirements through engagement and configuration opportunities.
  • Review and Update job aids and SOP’s.
  • Tracks and reports on Ariba functionality enhancement projects.
  • Maintain system responsibility matrix and assignment.
  • Train teams as needed.
  • Configuring and testing of change requests, enhancements and new functionality.
  • Knowledge & Experience

  • Knowledge of SAP ARIBA - configuration and implementation of the tool.
  • Training Experience.
  • Microsoft Excel - Intermediate.
  • English and Spanish - Advanced Level.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC - Is a Good to have.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 - Is a Good to have.
