1. Service delivery
Provides a service to the relevant business to meet current needs, efficiently and effectively.
Performs tasks to high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensures relevant processes, policies and procedures are correctly implemented and makes suggestions for improvement.
4. External providers
Oversees the delivery of services by external providers in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and reports any
shortcomings and areas for improvement.
This position it will be based in Panama.
