The ideal candidate possesses expert knowledge of red team operations and adversarial simulation, threat intelligence, attack surfaces in web technologies, networks, modern compiled applications, and operating systems.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to analyze closed source applications using several off-the-shelf or custom-developed tools.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, work efficiently under minimal supervision, deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations, be a strong team player, and actively participate in a fast-paced and challenging global environment.
What you’ll achieveResponsibilities : Participate in red team operations and adversarial simulations while using threat intelligence, vulnerability management data, business, and leadership priorities to measure risk and build exercise plans and objectives.
Provide technical expertise and advice on all areas of security technology, including network security, platform security, authentication / authorization systems, application security, security architecture, policy enforcement, and security frameworks.
Assist with engagement scoping, planning and post-operation activities including the development and maintenance of tools and techniques for adversarial simulation, vulnerability research, and exploit development while working with Blue Team members to identify collaborative testing opportunities.
to act as a subject matter expert and local leader for red team engagements; to Contribute to the development of cybersecurity strategy, policy, standards, and procedures.
Collaborate with other internal and external supporting groups on target access and operational issues, report on and prioritize to vendors, security team, and engineering through standard escalation processes.
Continuously upgrade knowledge, skills & awareness in cybersecurity technologies by way of independent research, training, or any other self -improvement methods e.

Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements : 8+ years of Information Security experience and 5+ years of direct or equivalent experience in red teaming, penetration testing, exploit development, vulnerability research, fuzzing, and incident response areas.
Expert-level knowledge and experience with : The latest adversarial tactics and techniques (MITRE ATT&CK), social engineering tactics, Red Team principles, tools, techniques, cyberattack stages, and tradecraft.
Ability to build, administer and secure C2 infrastructure in common operating systems (based on popular C2 frameworks)Competency with any of the following tools : User and kernel-mode debuggers (WinDbg, x64dbg), IDA Pro / Ghidra, Hex-Rays, Visual Studio, Driver Verifier.
Skilled in relevant programming languages (ASM, C / C++, C#, Java, Python) Experience developing custom scripts, exploits, and tools.
Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester (OSEP).Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and ExperiencePublished or presented security research / security advisories or CVE.
Hold one or more of the following Cybersecurity Certifications : Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), Offensive Security Exploit Developer (OSED), Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE), GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN), Red Team Apprentice Course (RTAC), Red Team Journeyman Course (RTJC).
