The selected candidate will be part of our high performing Maximo Application Development and Management (ADM) services team playing a critical client facing role and leading a squad that consists of our highly qualified and experienced team members from US and offshore (India and Philippines).
You will interact with business, IT and technical teams on a daily basis to work on sprint backlog user stories that consists enhancements, new development and maintenance support requests.
The candidate will be responsible for providing inputs for prioritization and backlog grooming, and be able to perform design-build-testing and provide testing and release support.
The build / development activity will involve configuration changes, automation scripts, customizations and break-fix issues.
The candidate will also be responsible to provide technical leadership to the team and develop the team for continuous efficiency improvement.
The candidate is expected to champion the continuous improvement program and drive it to produce results.Maximo Post Production Support (attend the daily scrum calls and periodic Refinement sessions), Minor to Medium Enhancements to Maximo functionality, Maximo Version Upgrade, Maximo DevOps, Ansible Automation for Maximo Environment Build, Resolution of Maximo Invoicing and Accounting issues.
