The selected candidate will be part of our high performing Maximo Application Development and Management (ADM) services team playing a critical client facing role, providing consulting services and working closely with our highly qualified and experienced team members from US and offshore .
He / She will interact with business, IT and technical teams as part of his job role. The candidate will be responsible for providing business system analyst support in one or more of the functional areas including accounting, supply chain management, asset and work management.
He / She will work closely with business to understand and develop requirements, high level solution options, perform and manage testing.
He / She is expected to bring in Maximo functional understanding to business and help business maximize the use of Maximo to solve critical business problems.
He / She will work as a bridge between business and technical teams and help technical teams build the right solution to meet business requirements and expectations.
For some assignments candidate will be leading the team of our highly qualified functional and technical resources and be responsible for overall delivery of the project / program.
The candidate is expected to champion the continuous improvement program and drive it to produce results.
