Job Overview / Summary
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the achievement of Volume, Distribution, Shelving and Merchandising objectives across all product categories and brands within the assigned countries.
Leading and managing Country distributors for the geography. Building Clorox sales fundamentals and engagement within distributor’s organization.
To this end, you will work with the Trade Marketing organization and manager to develop "go to market" plans, sales objectives, AmpS priorities / plans, and trade spending approach / budget in order to achieve key financial and business targets.
This position holds the responsibility of being Clorox’s Panama main point of contact to Customers and potentially chambers and / or commercial or government institutions.
Provide timely and transparent visibility to internal controls / compliance matters
