Job Overview / Summary

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the achievement of Volume, Distribution, Shelving and Merchandising objectives across all product categories and brands within the assigned countries.

Leading and managing Country distributors for the geography. Building Clorox sales fundamentals and engagement within distributor’s organization.

To this end, you will work with the Trade Marketing organization and manager to develop "go to market" plans, sales objectives, AmpS priorities / plans, and trade spending approach / budget in order to achieve key financial and business targets.

This position holds the responsibility of being Clorox’s Panama main point of contact to Customers and potentially chambers and / or commercial or government institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate PMU and brand Strategies and objectives into priorities and programs for distributors via the Development and Execution of Joint Service Plan (JSP) Deliver Volume, NCS (including Trade Spending and Financial Discounts), GM and Market Share targets.
  • Builds and develop Distributor’s enagagment and acumen in Clorox brands.
  • Effective use of analytics, scorecard among other monitoring tools identify opportunities and prepare action plans to improve efficiency.
  • Key Sales voice and contact for input into S&OP, Trade marketing, Account management Support, Planning process, among others
  • Complies with Internal Controls.
  • Oversights Distributor’s compliance with Clorox’s Policies and Procedures at all times. Support and enforce process improvements.
  • Provide timely and transparent visibility to internal controls / compliance matters

    Key Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education Required

  • 4+ years in Sales, preferably managing Distributors and / or Wholesalers in CPG
  • Willing to Travel 20%
  • Successfully demonstrated delivery medium and short term business / organizational objectives
