You will report to the Global Communications Director for our Growth, Marketing & Sales (GM&S) Practice and be based in one of our global offices.
You role will work closely with leaders of our global communications team, regional practice leaders, and creative / social agencies.
You will be responsible for working closely with our publishing and communications team to drive internal and external communications plan, managing our communications editorial calendar, creating engaging email campaigns, supporting our social media efforts, managing our internal comms newsletters, and building out our global CRM database.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and analytical problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will be part of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice, which collaborates closely with firm-wide communications teams, and other firm functions to define and ensure appropriate risk management in all our external communication.
On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with both the GM&S communications team, regional and global leaders, and various communications colleagues across the firm, including firm publishing, and external PR agencies.
You will be accountable for managing various channels : McKinsey website, Intranet, social media, and newsletters both internal and external.
you will work with firm communications and other colleagues to radiate our content across their channels; you will also the update to the Global Comms Slack Channel to ensure our publishing is shared.
You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing on key communications newsletters (quarterly), including the management of communications editorial calendar.
You will work on rethinking our email campaigns to our database of contacts to personalize by topic and persona; measure the impact of our email campaigns and frequency.
You will support our updates to our McKinsey website and Intranet, including working with leaders on profiles.
you will work with our product marketing lead to help drive engagement of our Sciences for Growth activations.
