Most of your responsibilities are (but not limited to) :


Support Recruiting Employees :

  • Help recruit all positions for hostel / F&B operational level.
  • Help recruit for all recurrent openings
  • Document all processes for openings
  • Support the implementation of Staff Benefits :

  • Help with the implementation of bonus structure for all employees tied to measurable performance goals
  • Start corporate partnerships to get group rates for employees.
  • Legal Compliance :

  • Help ensure legal compliance with local labor, immigration and health laws of all our employees and locations.
  • Intern Recruiting :

  • Posting internship opportunities in the careers page
  • Screening internship applicants according to requirements
  • Coordinating interviews between internship applicants and managers
  • Providing internship information to applicants
  • Following up on intern paperwork and required documentation
  • Coordinating the intern’s accommodation and arrival
  • Administering and analyzing the internship satisfaction process
  • Supporting other internship activities and tasks
  • Onboarding :

  • Managing the onboarding process for interns
  • Ensuring compliance with onboarding process guideline
  • Coordinating onboarding meetings and activities
  • Providing support, training and guidance to Managers on onboarding process
  • Supporting onboarding projects and automation
  • Requirements :

  • Being currently enrolled in a university career in the Business Administration, Human Resources or Industrial Engineering area.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a Plus.
  • Organized with good communication skills.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Leadership and relationship building
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Integrity and Trust
  • This is a non-paid internship (no monetary compensation is given)
  • Plane tickets and personal expenses should be covered by the intern.
