What's the role :

The Senior Analyst, Equity Administrator will manage the company's global equity plans (employee stock purchase plan ESPP) and ensure that all equity transactions are processed and settled timely and accurately

Knowledge and Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 + years of stock administration role in a publicly traded U.S. company preferred
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation preferred
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skill
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards and programs across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and customer service oriented
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with outsourced equity platform preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    What you'll do :

  • Administer company’s global employee stock purchase plan, including enrollment, contribution changes, purchase of shares, employee stock purchase plan limits and refunds
  • Coordinate and provide adequate information and timely response related to equity transactions with Finance, HR, Tax and Payroll departments to ensure effective transaction processing
  • Coordinate with Legal to maintain opening and closing of the insider trading windows.
  • Maintain daily record-keeping of equity data and support to ensure SOX Compliance, internal and external auditing requirements
  • Reconcile and perform audit procedures relating to equity transactions monthly to ensure accuracy
  • Generate equity reports to support Finance, Tax, HR and Legal
  • Communicate to employees and resolve employee questions, issues or concerns related to the company’s equity programs
