In this Role
Implementation and monitoring of a trade intelligence model to drive customer segmentation, innovation programs, and CRM initiatives, execute the global Trade Marketing strategy according to local needs.
Create dashboards, forums, processes to capture, analyze and use data at the market level to better understand the current competitive environment;
translate strategic objectives into tactical plans by channels, markets, customers.
Main Responsibilities :
Responsible for supporting the local deployment of the TMK Rx strategy
Provide information and processes and activities of competitive intelligence, the dissemination of intelligence to the management team,
Interpret, communicate trends and generate key recommendations on business opportunities related to those trends.
Create local initiatives that genuinely support the execution of the global strategy and demonstrate a strong return on investment
Strategic client segmentation : allows us to group our clients into clusters that are relevant when defining or modifying our business strategy with the intention of making strategic decisions that affect the following parameters : profitability objectives, definition of the structure of attention and resources, optimization of offers Launch of new products or services.
KPI : segmentation matrix
ROi Analysis : safeguards the end to end process of the trade spend flow of TMK Rx activities
Joint Business Plan : Align the strategic planning process, from the brand plan, which considers innovations, category management, the joint plan is unified in the JBP Joint Business Plan, with the aim of growing, in a sustained and profitable way, in the market where they compete.
KPI : Annual JBP top customers, growth plans, monitoring dashboards
Shopper & Customer Insights : Coordinate studies of customer satisfaction in order to generate closer strategies and according to the needs and expectations of the customer, as well as having a better understanding of the "patient / shopper" according to pathology, with the intention of generating activities adapted to the type of shopper and preference of the type of channel
Performance Reviews : design performance review dashboards of TMK business plan activities, define KPIs after performing a detailed analysis of potentialities and needs, communicate objectives and priorities, ensure the granularity of information as required and systems or audits allow it in order to give visibility to performance by channel, portfolio, channel, customer.
KPI : Performance TMK dashboards, monthly TMK reviews, Revenue & TMK committee
Projects : Leading regional initiatives that are valuable for the operation in Mexico, as well as implementing, documenting, sharing best practices in business accross organization.
KPI : deliverables tailored to the type of project
Local Initiatives : Leading the execution / or supporting local initiatives, implementing practices, reviewing the go to market.
In order to develop an acceleration in the adoption of new trends and culture. KPI : rou to market, deliverables tailored to initiatives
Your competencies : To succeed in the role, we require candidates to have :
Minimum experience of 2 years working in Trade Marketing
Knowledge in Marketing
Act for change
Transversal cooperation and Client focused.
