As a MB Client Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible to provide technical advice to the inside sales teams during the sales process for MB Customers.

Act as CSG expert and consultant to deliver solutions supporting core sales teams in product positioning, designing solutions, customer presentations and growing accounts.

Align with FMM and MB Sales team s rules of engagement in order to be effective and increase the overall deal close rate and increase MB Market share securing the revenue / units / margin growth and improve customer experience.

What you’ll achieve· Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and links them to the organization's products and / or services and provides feedback to product development teams.

May identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers.· Drive LOB strategic initiatives in emerging or established customers providing product and technologies recommendations.

  • Identify and trains core MB sales team on CSG strategies, product and services roadmaps, and new technologies.· Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of Dell’s and competitors' products and / or services.
