The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing activities, will be crafting and maintaining the company brands and driving business objectives across multiple marketing channels.

The position is responsible for establishing an in depth understanding consumer segments to help grow the user base, increase retention and increase brand relevancy.

The position will work closely with marketing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure an aligned approach to consumer understanding.

The Marketing Manager role will involve key aspects :

Manage marketing staff

Market budget management

Management of all digital marketing properties

Driving the brand in new and exciting digital ways

Customer lifecycle and experience management

Support sales teams in consistent messaging and lead generation

Develop internal and external marketing strategies and campaigns

Campaign projections and reporting

Workshops and PR

Drive marketing department’s innovation and technical requirements

Executing quantitative and qualitative market research

Responsibilities :

Live and breathe the brands!

Internal KPI forecasting for marketing and ensuring marketing support to achieve those KPIs monthly

Owner of Trend and loop content amplification strategy across the business

Driving acquisition, reactivation and retention of users by creating strategies that tie technology, data, segmentation, content and business objectives together seamlessly

Create compelling, world-class inbound marketing content including but not limited to webinars, all digital channels, white papers, templates, and workshops.

Develop and oversee the production of marketing campaigns and materials : Provide creative direction on brand-level video, web, print, radio and graphic design projects taking into account local considerations

Build and sustain strategic relationships : Negotiate strategic contra-deals and competitive pricing of tools and media

Social media listening and owner of company-wide strategy

Media planning and implementation

Contract negotiation and managing contra deals with partners

Management and optimisation of digital campaigns

Internal communications activity as required

Academic qualifications and experience :

Diploma in Marketing / PR / Mass Communication

At least five years of practical Marketing experience or experience in a marketing-related position with digital experience

Ability to get very hands on with all aspects of the business

A proven track record on delivering results and success

Strong networking and relationship building skills at a senior level

Leadership experience

Experience presenting to senior management

Experience in negotiation

Experience using marketing automation tools

Computer literate (MS Office Suite)

Knowledge of digital tools (Mailchimp, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights,

survey tools such as Survey Monkey, notifications tools such as Localytics, Google Network)

Functional Skills : Google analytics

Google analytics

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Driven by creative intuition but able to gut check and course-correct with data, as well as report results and optimize using data

A confident public speaker

Excellent copy writing skills and grammar

Good interpersonal skills

Results oriented

Flexible problem solver with the ability to get things done

Excel in pressure situations with tight deadlines
