In this role, you have the opportunity to
Accountable for providing strategic Marketing Insights & Analytics and customer / consumer driven recommendations, unlocking the power of user, consumer and digital data to bring the voice of the customer to business and marketing decisions.
Proactively shapes the Insights & Analytics transformation in the market levering the Centers of Expertise on Marketing & E-Commerce level by objectively seeking when and how to impact how we deliver growth and significantly increase the impact of our value propositions to our customers / consumers.
You are responsible for
Translating strategic business objectives into a strong Insights & Analytics program leveraging the Center of Excellence CoE’s and accountable for the execution of the I&A program.
Uses diagnostics, synthesis skills and business acumen to identify, articulate and deliver insights and recommendations to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, LTV and business growth at the senior management level.
Partner with, consult with and influence the business area on I&A needs to enable delivery of business targets.
Consult with the Center of Excellence (CoE) to meet the particular needs of the business area and act as an effective steward of the Insights & Analytics Operating Model.
Lead culture and change management of I&A and support the transformation across the company
Leverages and contributes to the CoE for Market insights delivery from Customer Analytics / account segmentation, Win-Loss analysis, Customer Experience (NPS), Customer segmentation, Audience based profiles and personas user behavior and profiling data sources (including CRM, connected product use, third party sources including e-tailers) for proposition and experience journey development.
Provide holistic market and competitor insights.
Leverages CoE in innovation & communication to facilitate the prioritization of customer and audience / persona need spaces and source of business opportunities and related key customer target audiences and segments across HS.
Creates high-quality Customer / user / shopper / consumer insights anticipating market needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master's Degree
Previous experience as a Marketing Analytics Specialist required
Relevant working experience, including experience in successfully managing various projects
Fluent English. Portuguese is a plus
Ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and resources in a multi-location, multi-national model
