Job description

Purpose : Support markets and commercial orders follow up.

Main Activities :

  • Provide direct markets communication, regarding orders (regional and worldwide).
  • Ensure the service level of the OTA (on time availability).
  • Deals with the freight forwarders, customs agents and main suppliers based on applicable incoterms.
  • Ensure the invoicing flow with the shipping documents, as : packing lists, supplier invoice, certificate of origin, air way bill, and bill of lading.
  • Prepare and execute the shipment plan with the supplier, based on the market’s needs.
  • Responsible of the commercial order follow up, alert of potential risks, find better options of solutions, in order to mitigate the impact on deliveries delays.
  • Support on market claims, and any order requirements.
  • Team Management : none.

    Internal Relationship : working closely with involved areas in different platforms.


    Professional background :

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related disciplines.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics activities or as a planner.
  • Technical skills : technical, practical and know-how of logistics affairs.

    Skills :

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Assertive with communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excel : advanced
  • English : advanced
