In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be part of the Philips Collections team for the North America Region.

Your responsibilities

Manage the Collections Mailbox tool by answering emails and credit card transactions from our valuable key customers in North America in order to address common questions and inquires to route the concerns to our collectors or stakeholders.

Initiate process improvements ideas

Your team

The credit & collections team located in Panama City, Panama is responsible for cash collections in North America, risk management and credit control activities.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • High School Degree. University is desirable, preferable in business or administration
  • Fluent in English (conversation and excellent writing skills)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Collections and customer service professional experience
