In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better
Owns the coordination of services to secure the proper operation of medical devices. The Planner is accountable of coordinating all the items required to deliver an on-site servicing : Customer’s availability, Engineer’s agenda, Engineer’s travel plan and spare parts supply chain.
Provides alternative solutions for Customer’s to deliver the best service levels, keeping the Customer informed about the progress of the service and engaging key players to deliver fast.
You are responsible for
Manage the Engineer and Applications agenda to deliver services to Philips customers
Schedule the programmed services () according to the Customer Service Contracts and New Projects
Coordinate corrective maintenances between Customers and Field Service Engineers, considering the Training Compliance, Travel Time and Supply Chain timeframes

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelors or Currently Studying Business, Administration or Logistics related majors.
Basic Knowledge of Supply Chain or Business Administration areas.
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; fluency in English
Intermediate to Advance Proficiency on Windows and Office.
Highly Organized, Customer Service Oriented, Attention to Details
Ability to work independently and optimally with cross-functional and virtual teams.
Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure, and constant change
Process improvement is a plus
