Position Overview :
Work independently to lead the development, validation, deployment and maintenance of digital training content. Partner with regional SMEs to drive collaboration and global consistency through the content design process.
Collect global training requirements and translate those requirements into effective, interactive digital learning modules and validate accuracy with all regions.
Work with SMEs to ensure region or country nuances are properly represented in the content. Facilitate regularly scheduled content review sessions to implement timely updates / revisions as needed.
Gather, analyze, and address feedback from users to ensure high quality and efficient learning solutions and iterate on content design.
Work with Change & Comms team to ensure effective marketing of learning curriculums and key stakeholder alignment. Track and report on completion rates, working with stakeholders to increase course completion.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and Develop transformative online and blended solutions that meet clearly defined objectives and competency requirements using Articulate 360 rise and / or Storyline.
Convert existing training content into digital format using Articulate 360 Rise and / or Storyline.
Partner with Global SMEs to create new innovative and interactive digital training content based on specific needs identified
Validate and maintain content accuracy to ensure materials are up to date.
Apply Adult learning theories to write engaging and relevant instructional materials.
Ensure adherence to company approved writing and style guidelines and principles
Assist in the evaluation of learning solutions and data collection related to key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of training programs
Measure and report on curriculum completion rates to key stakeholders
Partner with Change & Comms resources to effectively market learning curriculums.
The ideal candidate will have experience in / with :
3+ years of experience in Digital Instructional Design or similar relevant experience.
1+ years Working in digital authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 Rise, or Articulate 360 Storyline
Good working knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
Creativity Visual / Artistic Talents
Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to Detail
Ability to work cross-functionally with other groups and key partners.
Strong interpersonal skills : ability to build relationships and effectively connect with others.
Proficient in Microsoft office : PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
Work shift Monday - Friday. Business Hours
Contract-type Full-Time Permanent.
Location Costa del Este, Panamá.
Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.
