JOB DESCRIPTION Job Requirements

Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

Data Analyst will responsible for supporting brand teams in the implementation of digital measurement strategies, producing meaningful marketing KPIs and performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Support / Lead our company's web portal / mobile applications
  • Continuously assess efficiency and effectiveness of digital executions
  • Lead / support process optimization efforts related to digital channel promotion capabilities (i.e. web, email, video &webcasts, banners, etc.
  • including technology changes

  • Responsible for the concept / design, approval, execution, maintenance and the performance tracking & measurement of omnichannel customer campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with digital publishers / IT Hub to automate data capture methodologies
  • Plays the role of a consultant to internal stakeholders and works closely with marketing & sales, medical, market access, IT and other functions
  • Gives proactively inputs to the local & regional teams on customer & market needs
  • Secure compliance requirements with highest standards of ethics and integrity
  • Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Preferably experienced on data analytics, web analytics or information technologies
  • Preferably experienced on Sales Force Marketing Cloud & Veeva CRM
  • SQL and software knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, identifies opportunities and capitalizes on them through rapid disciplined decision making
  • Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and business minded personality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) data analysis tools
