What's the role :

The Associate Manager, IT Procurement will manage the procurement of IT Software licensing (application software , system software , and web applications).

The software may consists of SaaS and / or Perpetual licensing for the operations in LLA by working with OEMs, distributors and resellers.

Also, will manage the sourcing and contracting process for IT Software by executing RFXs, Supplier selection, Contract & Supplier Relationship Management activities for the global / regional / local spend.

Knowledge and Experience :

  • Academic background (Bachelor’s degree) : preferably in business administration or finance / procurement
  • Relevant experience in Procurement / IT Software for 6 + years
  • Advanced Procurement negotiation
  • Relevant experience in an international / multi-country / matrix environment
  • Experience in Category Management, Preferably experience in relevant technological areas of telecommunications
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with a strong focus on cost reduction
  • Procurement Capabilities

  • Negotiation Preparation and Contracting execution
  • RFx Execution ( RFP, RFI, RFQ)
  • EAuction and other procurement methods
  • Supplier Screening and Selection
  • Total Cost of Ownership Analysis

    What you'll do :

  • Responsible for the result areas : Sourcing, Contracting, Contract management, Supplier Relation management
  • Commodity / Category strategy definition
  • Ensure SOC requirements are imbedded in contracts where necessary
  • Define negotiation strategies, and related alignment with all stakeholders
  • Quantify and report the contribution to the overall savings targets.
  • Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) balancing risk cost flexibility / quality
  • Support the execution of Contracting & Implementation activities
  • Contract review and execution with related parties
