Purpose of role :
Deliver projected organic and innovation growth through the Total Beverage Alcohol portfolio in the market and recruit faster in the casual get together occasion and next generation consumers.
Top 3-5 Accountabilities :
Develop, Enrol and implement a 5yr Marketing & Innovation Strategy that delivers a market shift in our ability to recruit faster, grow categories and increase our share in TBA
Grow brand equity and market share and beat the competition
Manage A&P budget to optimize and prioritize spend
To champion and role model DMC policy, particularly around events sponsorship and relationships with agencies.
Deliver the Annual Marketing & Innovation Plan NSV / TP targets through fantastic plans and brilliant execution.
Qualifications and Experience Required :
Bachelor’s Degree required in Business or related field. MBA highly preferred.
Fluent in English / Spanish is desirable
A minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG with excellent performance track record managing financial performance through robust processes and high intuitive commerciality.
Proven success managing and coaching teams.
Strong understanding of the value chain.
High level of financial literacy and broad commercial understanding and judgment is critical to be able to provide creative solutions in pursue of our business opportunities.
Able to quickly build and sustain strong working relationships.
Ability to work in multicultural, highly volatile and complex environments
Proven track record of driving brand growth through innovative marketing strategies
Ability to lead, develop and inspire a team of brand managers
Ability to prioritise and make sound judgements
Must be a role model for compliance and ethics across the business
