The Regional Off Premise Manager must combine the strategic nature of the role with hands-on executional excellence.From a strategic perspective the role demands the development of multi-
year business plans, channel and trade sales & profit plans plus the commission of shopper insight studies. From an executional perspective the Sales Manager is responsible that the sales plan is executed well in all channels, delivering the topline growth figures in Key Account calls and ensuring the merchandising standards in every store.
The Sales Managers drives the business based on conceptual sales proposals that generate a triple Win situation (customer-
consumer-Red Bull). Category Management is at the core of his / her skills along with people management and passionate team building.
Finally, the role requires alignment with regional and international stakeholders in order to input into and fully understand the international standards and expectations.

Out of the box thinking on how to generate Category value and execute sales drivers in-store
Develop and execute Regional Field Sales plan (Central America, Caribbean and South America (Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay))
Manage and achieve defined KPI targets regionally : store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store, etc
Ensure that team secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards.
Promotional execution : ensure desired promotions are in place and running from the first day.
Ensure correct input of call data and audit data and use audit reports to help develop strikers where necessary.
To train and develop team members so that each team member’s contribution and potential is maximized.
Your experience includes : proven performance in)

5 or more years of experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector.
Key Account management and field sales experience needed
Experience in Category Management preferred
Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing / Consumer Marketing (not mandatory).
Previous successful experience leading sales teams : Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills. As well as a commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behaviour in Fast Moving Consumer Goods context
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
Very high negotiation and interpersonal skills
Management reporting and budget control.
Travel up to : 75%
