We’re now looking for the talents adaptable to the following position :
1.Take care of the daily execution work for show’s operation & services according to the guidelines and requirements from the operation manager, incl.
translation, info-collection, order-processing, data-update and vendor management.
2.Provide customers with accurate information. Handle all kinds of customer inquiries according to the professional procedure.
3.Understand project / company requirements and concepts, be in charge of the design, creation and edit for the company’s graphic works, e.
g. online & offline advertisements, typesetting for promotional materials and catalogues, etc.
4.Collect updates of each project in addition to positive breaking news in the target region or the industries to compose content for our shows’ social media platforms and websites.
5.Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (texts, images, video or HTML) that builds valuable connections, spread brand awareness and encourages followers to take engagement actions as visitors / exhibitors / partners.
6.Optimize company pages on each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
7.Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
8.Collaborate with project teams to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
