Position Responsibilities :

  • Achieve annual revenue goals through management of assigned channel partner relationships.
  • Consult with partners and end customers to create sales opportunities for S&PS products & services
  • Create demand by prospecting through assigned partners and at end customers.
  • Enable partner sales team through hands-on coaching and training
  • Develop proposals and address the prospect’s business needs using an ROI-based total solution consultative selling methodology.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecast and pipeline using
  • Collaborate with end-user sales teams (ADMs & KAMs) to achieve results, customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor partner & customer relationships for the assigned geography.
  • Deliver presentations to prospects, customers, users groups, and industry professional organizations
  • Manage expenses and costs appropriately
  • 50-75% Travel as required to meet with customers and prospects

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Minimum of 5 years technology territory sales account management experience

  • AIDC industry or related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Solid track record in meeting quotas
  • CRM experience ideally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present up to the Executive level
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven and highly matrixed global environment
  • Strong prospecting and hunting skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills
  • Knowledge of financial ROI
  • Computer proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
