Job purpose Support the HR Department in all HR processes & activities Day to day responsibilities
Provide secretarial support to the HR Director.
Organize trainings (booking of training rooms, preparation of training materials etc.).
Administer incoming CVs, arranges interviews, prepares and sends acknowledgment letters.
HR filing, as needed.
Administer company mobile phones.
Act as PMDP helpdesk.
Update PeopleSoft on counsellor data and People Interface on business / firm mobiles / fax numbers.
Prepare employment certifications.
Administer company gifts in cases of marriage and child birth.
Support the HR department on daily issues, as needed.
0-1 year relevant working experience
Additional qualifications (certifications and / or licences if applicable)
Degree in Human Resources Management will be considered as an asset
Fluency in English
Good Knowledge of MsOffice
